• Payments are billed in advance.

• Refunds are available within 7 days of payment and are prorated based on email processing usage.

• Continued use after your billing period renews means you accept the new charges.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use InboxBlade for:

• Illegal activities

• Violations of email provider terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, non-payment, or other actions that harm the service.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

InboxBlade is provided “as-is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nosebuttr LLC is not liable for any damages, data loss, or service interruptions, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such issues.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
